Head of Guest Services
Jackie born and raised in Warren, Michigan where she attended Michigan State University for her Bachelor's in Psychology. In October 2015, she moved to Fayetteville, NC and joined our team at Cross Creek Animal Hospital. Growing up, she always had litters of puppies running around, which she and her family fostered through local humane societies for years. After receiving her Bachelor's degree, she decided to change directions and pursue a career in the animal care field. Animals have always come easy to her, and have been a consistent passion of hers. Jackie also enjoys baking, spending time with her friends and family, camping, and video-chatting with her Bichon Frise and English Setter back in Michigan.

Tracey was born in Fayetteville NC. She attended Douglas Byrd High School. When she was younger she enjoyed all animals from cats and dogs. Taking care of animals was always something that came easy. Being with animals and taking care of animals is a passion that she has and couldn't imagine doing anything else.
Heather grew up in Laurinburg, NC and moved to the Fayetteville area back in April of 2015. She has always been an animal lover and has had pets all her life. When she's not at work, she is home spending time with her boyfriend Nick, her albino doberman pinscher Penny, and writing. She has been working in a grooming/boarding facility for 7 years.
Monique moved from Virginia to Fayetteville, in late August of 2015. She has always had a very strong passion for the well-being of all kinds of animals; so much so that she is currently enrolled at Penn Foster studying Veterinary Technology. Growing up she has had 2 dogs, 3 hamsters, 2 rabbits, and a goldfish. Currently, she has a Rottweiler/Chow Chow mix named Maddox, who she rescued. In her free time, she enjoys watching Netflix movies and Youtube videos, hanging out with friends and family, and playing with Maddox. She says, "I love my job here at CCAH; there's no place I'd rather be!"
Ashleigh was born in Maryland, but has spent most of her life in Fayetteville. She went to college for Fine Arts but decided it wasn’t really for her and changed her career to animal care. She has spent the last 8 years doing kennel work. She was a certified trainer for several years, working for a company that trained military and law enforcement canines. She grew up with a wide range of animals: hamsters, rats, chinchillas, birds, fish, snakes, cats, and dogs. She loves animals of all kinds. She enjoys spending time with all her animals (2 dogs, 6 cats, and 6 snakes). She has been bringing her animals here for almost 7 years before she became an employee. She would highly recommend anyone to bring their pets to Cross Creek Animal Hospital.
