Dawn and her staff of receptionists work to ensure that your experience on the phone, in the waiting room, and during check out is pleasant and stress-free.
Although she is an animal lover, she has a special place her heart for boxers. Originally from Colorado, she loves outdoor activities. In her spare time she enjoys singing karaoke, solving Sudoku puzzles, and is also addicted to spicy food.

Kiley was born and raised in Michigan and has recently finished her bachelors degree in biology. Kiley moved to Fayetteville about a year ago to be with her husband who is stationed here. She now lives out in Raeford and loves it! Kiley has always had a love for animals, as she has three dogs of her own and wouldn't trade them for anything. In her spare time she loves to swim, be outside in the sun, and spend time with her husband and their four legged kids.
Tammy was raised in California and lived in several different states before moving to Fayetteville in 2005. She loves to read, especially anything by Dean Koontz. Tammy also enjoys swimming, fishing, baking, and spending time with the people that she loves. Any down time she has is spent working on classic cars and relaxing with her sweet 4-legged baby, Meg.
For over a decade Cassandra has worked in various client care and service career fields from retail to radio to the motorcycle industry, her greatest passion has always been for helping others. She graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and is currently pursuing a M.D. in Atmospheric Sciences. Cassandra is a profound philotherian and humanitarian, often volunteering for the American Red Cross and local humane societies. She and her husband, Ryan, are the loving and proud parents of four rescue dogs, a guinea pig, a rescue horse, and a school of fish. "
Julie was born and raised in Southern California and relocated to Fayetteville in June 2014. Her husband Andy has been serving in the military for over 20 years. They have two great boys Blake and Brock. She has a dog named Daisy, who is spoiled rotten. Julie has always loved animals and started working in the veterinary field in May 2012. In her spare time she loves spending time with family and friends.
Heather is originally from Texas but has lived in the Hope Mills area for five years. She is the proud mom of two wonderfully smart girls and three loyal dogs. Heather loves to camp, be creative, help people in need, laugh with her twin sister and care for her husband of 20 years. She is a devoted animal lover and does what she can to help.
