Boarding

Our boarding facility can accommodate pets of all sizes, providing a cozy, enjoyable stay. Your loved one will be cared for by a friendly face he or she is already familiar with while you are away.

Curious what our boarding space looks like?

At Cross Creek Animal Hospital’s Boarding facility, we want to ensure your pet enjoys their time with us. To make this happen, we require a temperament test for any new pet visiting our facility for the first time. We love meeting all the new faces of our furry guests and are excited to take the time to ensure we’re the best fit for them!

Please note, temperament tests must be scheduled in advance as we do not accept walk-ins for these evaluations.

• A deposit of $20.00 per pet is required at the time of booking.
• If you schedule boarding within 30 days of the temperament test, the $20 deposit will be credited toward your stay.
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Daycare

Our climate controlled facility is equipped to provide for all of your four-legged friend’s needs, with ample space to romp, play and explore. If your four-legged friend isn’t enrolled with us, they’re missing out!

There are a number of benefits to doggie daycare, including:

• Alleviates boredom, separation anxiety and destructive behavior at home
• Improves socialization skills, both with dogs as well as people
• Provides regular exercise to maintain a healthy weight
• Enhances quality of life

Our daycare participants are separated by size, temperament and activity level, allowing your canine to fit in perfectly with his or her group. Our staff is always present to supervise the guests and to facilitate healthy interaction. And don’t worry about attention and TLC – there’s more than enough of that to go around!

During your pet’s first few days in daycare, our boarding staff will assess their temperament to ensure a safe and positive experience.  A $20 deposit is required for the evaluation, which includes a free day of daycare. If your pet interacts well with others, they may be eligible to join a playgroup; however, participation is not guaranteed, as safety is our top priority. 

We will do our best to find a suitable playmate for your dog, but this may not always be possible.
