Veterinary Medicine is currently classified as an essential service and caring for sick patients is of critical importance to us. In order to continue to remain open, we ask for your cooperation and understanding as we move forward. Our goal is to keep our staff, pets, and clients safe and healthy during this outbreak.
We appreciate your patience as we change our procedures and work with reduced hours.
Wait times may be longer than normal but we are dedicated to providing great care for pets in need.
You will now upon arrival need to remain in your vehicle and call our office. (910-868-1164). For safety reasons, our office is closed to clients and we are only allowing pets into the office. Our staff will let you know when we are ready to bring your pet in. A technician will pickup your pet up from the car, provide necessary treatments, and return your pet to you. This protocol is for all drop off services and pet examinations. If you are picking up medication please call our office and we will be happy to bring that out to you as well.
Owners, if you are feeling ill or sick, please call to reschedule your appointment. However; if your pet is having an emergency or needs immediate treatment, we ask that you have someone else bring your pet to the appointment.
